Further checks revealed the man\u2019s grandfather was not in hospital.<br \/>\nYesterday (Monday 7 September 2020), police attended a home on Rodley Avenue at Penrith where they arrested the man.<br \/>\nHe was charged with fail to comply with noticed direction in relation to 7\/8\/9 -COVID 19, and produce false or misleading application.<br \/>\nHe was given bail to appear in Penrith Local Court <a dir=\"ltr\" href=\"x-apple-data-detectors:\/\/4\">on 12 October 2020<\/a>.<br \/>\nThe man was returned to hotel quarantine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Police have charged a man after he allegedly produced false documentation to leave hotel quarantine in Sydney.
