A man will appear in court next month after committing an offensive act at the Martin Place Cenotaph in Sydney early this morning.
\nAbout 3am (Sunday 25 November 2018), CCTV cameras captured a man entering the memorial site.
\nIt\u2019s alleged the man climbed on top of the memorial and was photographed with the statues.
\nPolice from Sydney City Police Area Command attended and arrested a 20-year-old man.
\nHe was taken to Day Street Police Station and issued a Field Court Attendance Notice for commit offensive act at war memorial.
