Two people will face court today charged over an alleged aggravated break and enter at an Upper Hunter home.
\nPolice will allege in court a 36-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman \u2013 armed with an axe and a chainsaw \u2013 forced entry to a home on Grimes Street, Denman, about 30km south west of Muswellbrook, about 1.45pm yesterday (Wednesday 29 July 2020).
\nFour people \u2013 two men and two women \u2013 were inside the property at the time and contacted police.
\nNo one was injured during the incident.
\nOfficers from Hunter Valley Police District arrived a short time later and arrested the pair.
\nThey were taken to Muswellbrook Police Station and charged with aggravated break and enter commit serious indictable offence.
