Police are appealing for public assistance as investigation continue into a break and enter in the Newcastle area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On Sunday 20 September 2026, officers attached to Port Stephens-Hunter Police District were called to a business on Enterprise Drive, Beresfield, following reports of a break, enter and steal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Police were told two men attended the premises in a white utility with silver tray before breaking into the business and stealing 20 motor vehicle keys and tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of the men stole an Isuzu utility before driving off in both vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The stolen utility was later found burnt out on Black Hill Road, Black Hill. It was seized for forensic examination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of the men is described as wearing a black jumper, light brown pants, and black shoes. The second is wearing all black clothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As investigations continue, police are appealing for anyone with information, including CCTV, dashcam or mobile phone footage, to contact Port Stephens-Hunter Police District or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
