The Treasury estimates it will add $372 billion of new taxes to Australian\u2019s retirement savings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe Albanese government can\u2019t stop taxing because he can\u2019t stop spending and our trillion dollar Treasurer keeps digging us into a debt hole\u201d, Mr Wilson said.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOn top of the taxes targeting small businesses, family savings, and rents, the Albanese government\u2019s Budget has been filled with secret tax landlines that are being revealed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A death tax targeting family savings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A widow&#8217;s and divorce tax that hits family savings.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A hidden super tax that undermines family savings\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLabor thinks super is their money, and they\u2019ll rig the rules to ensure Australian\u2019s super goes into the funds their mates control, and tax anyone who wants to control their own retirement\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThese tax hits are all about feeding the Prime Minister and Treasurer\u2019s spending addiction which stokes inflation and destroys Australian\u2019s standard of living\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cThe Albanese government has been caught laying yet another tax landmine in its Budget to feed its spending addiction, and this time it\u2019s targeting superannuation\u201d said Shadow Treasurer, Tim Wilson.
