Australia and Thailand share substantial trade and investment links. Thailand is Australia\u2019s fourth largest trading partner in Southeast Asia and our 11th largest trading partner overall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Prime Ministers will meet in Canberra on Wednesday 19 August to discuss deepening economic cooperation under the Australia-Thailand Strategic Partnership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The visit will be Prime Minister Anutin\u2019s first to Australia since taking office. The Leaders last met on the margins of ASEAN-led Summits in Kuala Lumpur in October 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
