{"id":39436,"date":"2026-06-14T21:10:24","date_gmt":"2026-06-14T11:10:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.16news.com.au\/?p=39436"},"modified":"2026-06-14T21:10:24","modified_gmt":"2026-06-14T11:10:24","slug":"penrith-stadium-reaches-new-heights","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.16news.com.au\/index.php\/2026\/06\/14\/penrith-stadium-reaches-new-heights\/","title":{"rendered":"Penrith Stadium Reaches New Heights"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Minns Labor Government is delivering on its promise to build a new Penrith Stadium, with the Western Grandstand now reaching its highest point, the new stadium is rapidly taking shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This milestone signals that the structure has reached its full height and that the project is firmly on track for the 2027 NRL season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More than 1,100 workers have been working on the new beating heart of Penrith, delivering essential local jobs and keeping construction activity flowing through the Western Sydney economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the grandstands now in place, the stadium\u2019s shape and scale are taking form. Fans can now see the steepness of the stands, which will significantly improve sightlines to the field.
