{"id":38951,"date":"2026-05-16T15:28:31","date_gmt":"2026-05-16T05:28:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.16news.com.au\/?p=38951"},"modified":"2026-05-16T15:28:31","modified_gmt":"2026-05-16T05:28:31","slug":"design-unveiled-for-new-bargo-ambulance-station","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.16news.com.au\/index.php\/2026\/05\/16\/design-unveiled-for-new-bargo-ambulance-station\/","title":{"rendered":"Design unveiled for new Bargo Ambulance Station"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Bargo community are being given a first look at the design for the new Bargo Ambulance Station which will boost emergency and mobile medical care in the Macarthur region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new Ambulance Station will be located on Great Southern Road, Bargo and is part of the NSW Government\u2019s $615.5&nbsp;million NSW&nbsp;Ambulance Infrastructure Program to bolster frontline emergency services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The modern, purpose-built Ambulance Station will include internal parking for up to eight emergency ambulance vehicles, on-site vehicle wash facilities, administration and logistics areas, multipurpose spaces, staff amenities including a gym, and on-site parking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction is expected to begin later this year, following planning approval and appointing a builder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NSW Ambulance identified Bargo as a high priority location following a comprehensive service planning process using best practice modelling software to map Triple Zero (000) calls.
