Mr Coure said the Minister’s silence in the weeks leading up to the deadline, followed by a statement with no concrete next steps, exposed the Government’s inability to manage the project.\u00a0

\u201cMinister Aitchison made a lot of noise about bringing the contractor to heel, only to go missing when it counts,\u201d he said.\u00a0
