The event saw a 100% clearance rate, with homes selling for between $14,000 and $132,000, with a combined value of $400,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since December 2024, 160 properties have been offered for sale through this innovative program, which has earned a reputation as one of Australia\u2019s most accessible housing pathways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auction highlights included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>213 Casino Street, South Lismore:\u00a0<strong>$14,000<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 Frank Street, South Lismore:\u00a0<strong>$38,000<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>14 Tweed Street, North Lismore:\u00a0<strong>$40,000<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>11 Coleman Street, Central Lismore:\u00a0<strong>$132,000<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>163 Ballina Road, East Lismore:\u00a0<strong>$35,000<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cathcart Street, Central Lismore:\u00a0<strong>$41,000<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>144 Dawson Street, Girards Hill<strong>:\u00a0 $21,000<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>153 Dawson Street, Girards Hill:\u00a0<strong>$26,000<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>219 Molesworth Street, East Lismore<strong>: $17,000<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>99 Crown Street, South Lismore:\u00a0<strong>$36,000<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All homes sold were originally purchased by the NSW Reconstruction Authority under the buyback stream of the $880 million Resilient Homes Program, a joint initiative of the NSW and Australian Governments.
