A NSW Police civilian employee has been charged following an investigation into an alleged domestic violence related assault in March 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On Saturday 14 February 2026, officers attached to Newcastle City Police District commenced an investigation into the alleged domestic violence assault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Later that day, police arrested a 41-year-old woman at Burwood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She was charged with two counts of common assault (Domestic Violence) and granted conditional bail to appear at Burwood Local Court on Thursday 19 February 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
