Chris Minns helped build the toll network when he worked for Labor\u2019s former Roads Minister Carl Scully. Now he\u2019s doubling down on it. He wants drivers to pay more just to fund a toll cap his government can\u2019t afford, because instead of investing in infrastructure or even an infrastructure minister, they spent millions on another toll review that delivered nothing and even continues to pay the consultants.
