Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from the Lake Macquarie area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Phoebe Munoz, 13, was last seen leaving a school on Field Avenue, Toronto, about 2pm yesterday (Wednesday 12 November 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Lake Macquarie Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Police and family hold concerns for Phoebe\u2019s welfare due to her age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Phoebe is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 150cm to 155cm tall, of thin build, with medium length blonde hair and brown eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She was last seen wearing a blue school uniform and has braces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
