A man has died following a crash in the Hunter Region.
\nAbout 4.30pm (Monday 19 August 2019), a Mazda 3 was travelling on Noblet Street, Scone, when it travelled onto a dirt access road and crashed into a tree.
\nThe driver and sole occupant, a 66-year-old man, was treated at the scene before being taken to Scone Hospital where he died a short time later.
\nOfficers from Hunter Valley Police District commenced inquiries into the incident and will prepare a report for the Coroner.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
