Big tech corporations need to pay their their fair share of tax in Australia, and for the journalism they profit from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe are seeing the rise of the extreme right in the US fed by Musk, Trump and the toxic tech platforms. Australia must stand strong for our national interest and stand up for democracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cPandering to the tech bullies won\u2019t serve Australia\u2019s interests or ensure public interest journalism is protected.
