This week, I will attend the G20 Foreign Ministers\u2019 Meeting in Johannesburg, South Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a middle power and trading nation, cooperation with other countries ensures our nation\u2019s success and keeps Australians safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The G20 is an opportunity for Australia to engage with some of the world\u2019s largest economies on shared challenges, delivering strong and sustainable growth, and advancing peace and security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I look forward to discussing our progress in the fight against global inflation and to continue the Albanese Government\u2019s work to ease cost of living pressures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Foreign Ministers\u2019 Meeting will mark the first ministerial meeting for South Africa\u2019s host year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Australian Government supports South Africa\u2019s G20 Presidency and its focus on building partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
