In the unlikely technological event in 2025 that the government can\u2019t do a refund then a fare free day should happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This government pocketed almost $600,000 in donations from the unions behind this mess\u2014the RTBU and ETU\u2014and now commuters and small businesses are paying the price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Enough with the apologies. Labor must refund fares, guarantee reliability, and put the public ahead of their union paymasters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIf Labor can\u2019t fix the mess, they need to refund the fares. No one should be paying for a service that doesn\u2019t run,\u201d Mr Tudehope said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
