Two people, including a police officer have been charged over an alleged assault in the Port Macquarie region.
\nIt\u2019s alleged on Saturday 23 March 2019, an off-duty female officer, attached to the Northern Region, and a 43-year-old man, assaulted a 53-year-old man during an incident at a licensed premises on Owen Street.
\nFollowing inquires, the 42-year-old senior constable was served with a Future Court Attendance Notice for the offences of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and fail to quit licenced premises.
