Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from the Hunter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Charntae Lesslie, aged 17, was last seen at Windale, on Monday 11 March 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When she didn\u2019t return home and was unable to be located, Charntae was reported missing to officers attached to Port Stephens Hunter Police Command, who commenced inquiries to locate her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Police hold concerns for Charntae\u2019s welfare due to her age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Charntae is described as being of Aboriginal\/Torres Strait Islander appearance, of solid build, approximately 170cm tall, with shoulder length black hair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She is known to frequent the Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Cessnock and Maitland areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
