Premier Chris Minns must commission an independent investigation into the Josh Murray affair including Minister Jo Haylen\u2019s failure to disclose any conflict of interest under the Ministerial Code of Conduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Code states:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
