Labor\u2019s Fresh Start Plan will <\/strong>stop any further privatisation of our energy assets<\/strong><\/a>. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We will create the NSW Energy Security Corporation<\/a>, a state-owned body that will accelerate investment in renewable energy assets to deliver cleaner and more reliable energy and help keep the lights on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We will legislate NSW\u2019s carbon emissions reduction targets, including net zero by 2050<\/a> and a 50% reduction on 2005 carbon emissions levels by 2030<\/a>.
