Australia and New Zealand will celebrate important milestones in 2023, marking 40 years of our Closer Economic Relations Free Trade Agreement \u2013 one of the most comprehensive free trade agreements in the world \u2013 and 80 years of diplomatic representation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prime Minister Hipkins\u2019s visit comes as New Zealand begins its recovery from the serious flooding and loss of life in Auckland. Australia stands ready to support New Zealand as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
