This new season of shows provides a highly enjoyable means for Novocastrians to show their support for this sector, especially as restrictions continue to ease.\u201d<br \/>\nCivic Theatre Manager Leonie Wallace said the new schedule for 2022 covers a wide range of genres and styles that will appeal to audiences of all ages, including new offerings and both local and national touring productions.<br \/>\nThe 2022 season will see the return of the hugely popular Sydney and Melbourne Comedy Festivals, as well as shows by Newcastle\u2019s own Stray Dogs Theatre Company, Catapult Dance Choreographic Hub and for the first time, Knock and Run Theatre Company.<br \/>\n\u201cFamilies will enjoy\u00a0<em>Erth&#8217;s Prehistoric World<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0<em>Wolfgang&#8217;s Magical Musical Circus<\/em>\u00a0and musical fans will love\u00a0<em>The Sapphires<\/em>\u00a0by HIT Productions.
