A report will be prepared for the Coroner after a fatal house fire at East Maitland.
\nEmergency Services were called to the unit on Thompson Street about 2am today (Saturday 12 January 2019).
\nThe premises was extinguished and the body of a 53-year-old man was located inside.
\nInquiries into the fire continue, however it does not appear to be suspicious.
